We can’t thank Philip and his team enough. We needed to clear the property and I was a little daunted at the prospect of being the Executor of my mother’s will, needing a written Probate Valuation Report. But I need not have been concerned. The expert and friendly advice given I feel, made the complete procedure from start to finish very easy. The fact that we lived 80 miles away, was not a problem. I was given an initial verbal indication of approximate cost of the clearance over the phone. We were then able to agree a mutually convenient time to meet at the house for the quotation (which was free) and to also allow Philip to compile the Probate Valuation Report (very reasonable Fees). There were several antique and collectable items which needed valuing, all of which were itemised on the report. We had two Antiques dealers also view the pieces.
Eventually we instructed Pennine Property Clearance to carry out the entire job, including the purchase of the Antique items and were paid a very fair price. The House and a garden tidy were very useful, as the property was going straight up for sale. We were extremely satisfied with the fully comprehensive job this company carried out
